The recent closure of Clifton Tce car-park to motorbikes has had a drastic impact on bike parking in the area. The small motorbike park on Shell lane is overflowing with bikes parking on the footpath, yellow-lines & private property. There is insufficient parks in the areas to handle the number of bikes. The Shell lane bike area could easily be lengthened towards The Terrace with no impact on traffic flow.
