Background information
Free outdoor gyms - consisting of a series of 6 - 10 pieces of simple robust gym equipment - are available in public parks in cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Seoul and most recently, Hyde Park. WCC has built an outdoors gym in Karori in partnership with a primary health organisation but has no plans for others. Extension of these gyms to other areas would be an excellent contribution to WCC's aim to build "strong, safe and healthy community for a better quality of life".
