I believe that Wellington City Council should support Carlucci Sculpture Park and Mini Golf.

Petition details

This Park opens its doors to schools and community groups and gives valued talks on conservation, recycling and art education. It provides Wellington with an awesome family fun location on the South Coast of Wellington and is a particularly unique tourist spot. This type of outdoor entertainment should be embraced by Wellington City Council and supported as such.

Background information

Carl Gifford, Stonemason/Artisan, has spent many years creating Carlucci Sculpture Park and Mini Golf, located at 281 Happy Valley Road, Owhiro Bay, Wellington, with absolutely no support from Wellington City Council. We are privileged to have such an iconic park on our doorstep and to have a Wellingtonian so passionate about the environment.
