Karori Cemetery to allow dogs to walk unleashed between agreed hours of before 9am and after 6pm.

I would like to suggest dogs should be allowed to walk unleashed between agreed hours. I suggest before 9am and after 6pm. This area could start after the small Chapel. This would be similar to those areas that allow dogs on beaches.

Background information

The Karori Cemetery is now a credit to the Council and cemetery staff, it is a beautiful place to walk and it seems a shame to restrict its use to one of the major group of users especially during those hours when no one else uses it. My Grandparents are buried there and I know they would love this space being used as a happy recreational area.
