I reckon a nice skate park at the old motorway entrance would be mean as. It could be much better than Chaffers. Also this space is entirely empty and unused. In addition this location is quite far away from either Island Bay park, Chaffers and Treetops D.I.Y park.
Background information
Chaffers is bad because from what I've been told it was designed by architects without the input of skaters. Island Bay is nice but quite small and often over crowded with youngins
