Kotuku apartments is located on Kemp Street in Kilbirnie close to all of the excellent community facilities.

    The apartments

A little bit of history

Wellington City Council designed and built the Kotuku Apartments complex in the late 1960s. Located between Evans Bay Parade and Kemp Street in Kilbirnie, the site is close to many facilities, parks, shopping, schools and transport.

In 2014, a project was initiated to upgrade 73 apartments for our tenants.

The project was completed in two stages. Stage one was completed in May 2016 and stage two in July 2016.
