You are required to state any criminal convictions you have inside or outside of New Zealand. This application will go to the police for a full criminal convictions check.

If applicable, tell us about your previous roles in the hospitality industry.
Upload two signed and dated work references that are less than one year old. One must be from the premises you intend to manage and must describe your character and suitability. (References from family members and relatives are not acceptable)
