After the success of the first Smart Energy expo last year, the event has been developed further to showcase more new technology from New Zealand and international companies, and provide consumers with a far better understanding of the alternatives to grid-supplied power.

The Sustainable Electricity Association (SEANZ) and Wellington City Council have teamed up to run the expo. Technology options include the latest in energy storage systems and management tools for reducing energy consumption. Practical workshops and demonstrations will inform you about managing energy use and how smart technologies can help you to beat those increasing power bills - and you can talk with the best in the industry.
