Head to Frank Kitts Park between 7.00am and 9.00am, grab a free breakfast - fruit, fresh bakery goods and coffee - and the chance to win some great Ziera prizes. And if you still have the energy, do some stretches with Mish Fitness.
If you can't make it to the waterfront, we'll have volunteers on commuter walking routes into the city centre handing out food and coffee vouchers so you won't miss out.
The annual event aims to encourage more people to walk to work instead of driving - even for part of the journey. If you can't walk the whole way, try getting off the bus a stop earlier or parking your car further away.
Besides being good for fitness and health, walking will save you money - and it's good for the planet!
