Seniors Living Well
13 July 2010
If you're over 55 and looking for fresh activities to spark up your life, we have a week of free talks about activities that could be your starting point.
Living Well talks will cover gardening tips
As part of Seniors Week, we're offering talks on a wide range of topics - including computers and digital photography, antiques, painting and gardening. Or sit back and do some dreaming in the talk about holidays and travel - you may be inspired to explore.
There are also great chances to learn about available legal advice, health and nutrition for your stage of life, and the free services available to seniors.
Living Well talks take place from Tuesday 20 July - Friday 23 July, at the Johnsonville, Karori, Ruth Gotlieb (Kilbirnie) and Newtown libraries. For details, visit the Wellington City Libraries website or phone (04) 801 4072.
