Lost & Found from Summer City
12 April 2010
It's that time of year - daylight saving has ended, leaves are falling and we've just finished our Summer City festival.
Community Events Manager Kit O'Connor says it was a memorable year. "This year celebrated the festival's 30th birthday, and despite challenging weather conditions that forced us to cancel the occasional event, more than 300,000 people attended Summer City.
"Rest assured, we've already started working on next year's programme."
Some of you may have lost something at one of the events. Before you despair, it might pay to give us a call in case it's among our 'lost and found' items from Summer City. Items include children's hats and cardigans, cutlery, a pedometer, several fleece jackets, sunglasses and a purple 'My Little Pony'.
If you think we might have something that belongs to you, email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the events team on (04) 499 4444. They'll keep everything until the end of April before finding them another home.
