The Council's Contact Centre Wins Awards

Whether you email email@example.com or call (04) 499 4444, you can be assured the person responding will provide you with an award-winning service. Our contact centre, staffed by 38 people, recently took out three awards at the 2009 CRM Contact Centre Awards.
It took first place for web/email customer service in New Zealand across all industries, first place for the industry sector awards (city/regional councils) and third place overall for telephone customer service in New Zealand for contact centres with less than 50 seats.
Contact Centre Manager Janeen Tatupu says the award recognition acknowledges the effort the team has put into raising its customer service levels. "It's great to see our team's hard work recognised this year. We're committed to providing the best customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week by email and phone and we're always looking at ways we can improve.
