Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, exclude the public from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting namely:

Grounds: S 48(1)(a) That public conduct of this item will be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7.
