An applicant for an alcohol licence is required to publicly notify their application by displaying a notice on or close to the premises, and to place public notices in the Dominion Post or The Wellingtonian.
These public notices will have the title: 'Public Notice, Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012'.
