Automatic payment is the most common way to pay your rent. To arrange an automatic payment, you will need the following details:
- Name of bank - ANZ
- Branch - Manners Street
- Name of account - Wellington City Council
- Bank / Branch / Account number / Suffix - 06 0582 0106111 00
- Code - RENT
- Reference - your payment reference code

Paying cash at the Service Centre
If you need to pay your rent in cash, you can do so at the Council's Service Centre, 12 Manners Street.
Paying by cash, cheque or EFTPOS at PostShops
Take your rent payment card or barcoded invoice to your local PostShop.
The Council and your local PostShop will give you a receipt when you pay your rent. If you use automatic payment, your bank statement can be used as proof of payment.
