Build your core strength with pilates mat classes that can be adapted to suit any fitness level.
Pilates is low impact, encourages breathing with movement, and works muscles thoughout their full range to improve flexibility and function.
Classes are led by pilates instructor and physiotherapist Catherine Millar.

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. You will build flexibility and strength, increase muscle tone and work on pain prevention.
We have four different style of classes to choose from:
- hatha yoga
- vinyasa flow

Tuesday, 12.30pm - 1.30pm (vinyasa flow)
Wednesday, 6.30am - 7.30am (hatha yoga)
Thursday, 12.30pm -1.30pm (yogalates) and 7.45pm - 8.45pm (yin/gentle - beginner and prenatal suitable)
