Exercising in a group is one of the most fun and motivating ways to get fit.
Build your core strength with pilates mat classes that can be adapted to suit any fitness level.
Pilates is low impact, encourages breathing with movement, and works muscles thoughout their full range to improve flexibility and function.
Classes are led by pilates instructor and physiotherapist Catherine Millar.

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. You will build flexibility and strength, increase muscle tone and work on pain prevention.
We have three different style of classes to choose from:

- vinyasa flow

- Friday, 12.30pm–1.30pm (hatha yoga – all level, beginner and pre/post-natal suitable)

Self defence (Krav Maga)
Krav Maga is a self defence system originally created for the military and police. Training consists of street self-defence tactics, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning and Krav Maga techniques to become a more awake, alert, aware, determined, focused, stronger and fitter, both mentally and physically.
We run friendly classes open to everybody over 13 years old. Join our club and be part of a supportive community!
Classes run to the school term calendar of 10 week blocks, with an induction on the first Saturday of each term – next induction is on Saturday 14 October 2017 (term 4).
