Building Resilience Fund

This fund helps owners of non-heritage buildings with the cost or part-cost of a detailed seismic assessment ahead of building strengthening.

About the Building Resilience Fund

The fund is targeted at buildings that have complex ownership arrangements such as body corporates, or are small one to two story buildings. 

Funding will be directed to buildings where successful resilience outcomes would be unlikely without Council assistance. There are criteria that your application must meet, and the planned work must not commence prior to the decision date for each round.

The Council doesn't endorse these engineers and advises building owners to use Chartered professional engineers (CPENG) and do their own due diligence before hiring any engineer.
