We asked for your feedback on a Road stopping in Manchester Street Melrose.

The proposal is to stop 98m² area of unformed legal road (Manchester Street). The land adjoins 1 Manchester Street, Melrose, Wellington.

Once the road land is stopped it would be sold to the adjoining owner of 1 Manchester Street and the land titles amalgamated.

In exchange Council will receive 1m² to vest as road.
