Description of proposal
The proposal is to stop a 123 m² area of legal road in Cockayne Road, Khandallah, adjoining 146 Cockayne Road. Once the road land is stopped it would be sold to the adjoining owner of 146 Cockayne Road and the land titles amalgamated.
It is further proposed to stop another 2 m² of legal road, with that land remaining in Council ownership.
