Application for a five-lot fee-simple subdivision and land-use consent for a new dwelling on lot 2 of 342 Ohiro Road, Brooklyn.

The application is to subdivide the property into five new allotments as shown on Spencer Holmes’ scheme plan drawing number S160683-AP1 Rev A. Proposed Lots 1 , 2 and 3 will be accessed from Ohiro Road and Lots 4 and 5 from Virginia Grove.

Land-use consent is sought to construct a new two-storey residential building on proposed lot 2 which includes a three-bedroom unit on the upper level and a garage area on the lower level. It is also proposed to construct a separate double-garage building which breaches the building recession plane standard as measured from the southern boundary shared with proposed lot 3.
