All submissions (including name and contact details) are provided in their entirety to elected members. Submissions (including names but not contact details) will be made available to the public at our office and on our website.
Your personal information will also be used for the administration of the consultation process, including informing you of the outcome of the consultation.
All information collected will be held by Wellington City Council, 101 Wakefield Street, Wellington, with submitters having the right to access and correct personal information.

- December 2017–February 2018: The final report of the Public Places Bylaw Review 2017 will be considered by the City Strategy Committee, with the Council making a decision whether to adopt the proposed changes.
- March–April 2018: The bylaw will be adopted and comes into force.
