Petition to expand or create a new carpark at Victoria University

This petition is in aid of expanding our current student car park or creating a new one on the Kelburn Campus of Victoria University.

Background information

I feel it is the obligation of both Wellington City Council and Victoria University to provide students with enough available parking spaces that it wont compromise our learning and university experience.
