The application is to redevelop and modify Frank Kitts Park on the Wellington waterfront. The proposed alterations consist of the following principal components:
Redevelopment of children's playground

• Levelling of amphitheatre to create a ‘Harbour Lawn’
• Establishment of a Chinese Garden
• Creation of an ‘Upper Lawn’ above the existing parking building.

The above works include associated buildings and structures.

The proposal also includes earthworks in association with the above components.
