Rollerblading - Kilbirnie Recreation Centre

All Wellington city Recreation Centres have space available for hire.

Each centre has a range of hire options.

Venue Hire

All centres have space available for sports and recreation. Facilities vary slightly in size but all cater to a range of activities including basketball, netball, volleyball, indoor soccer and badminton.

Kilbirnie Recreation Centre is purpose-built for wheel sports and the rink is available for hire.

Charges include admission fees:

• Off-peak times - $25/hour
• Peak times - $40/hour

Off-peak rates are available 9.00am - 5.00pm weekdays, excluding public holidays. Peak rates are for the evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Community / Meeting Room Hire

Karori, Nairnville, and Tawa Recreation Centres have community/meeting rooms for hire.

Charges include use of tables and chairs if required:

• Commercial rate - $35/hour
• Community rate - $15/hour

Commercial rates apply to profit-making organisations. Community rates are for non-profits.
