- On days when the Begonia House is open, the Lily House is available between 10.00am - 4.00pm.

- Disability access through Lady Norwood Rose Garden.
- Carpark next to Lady Norwood Rose Garden - limited to two hours.
- Carpark access through Centennial entrance, Tinakori Road.
Conditions
- Photograph sessions must be pre-booked, including time for setting up and clearing away.
- No confetti.
- Only people directly involved in the photos are to be present (max 10 people).
- No smoking, eating or drinking in the Lily House.
- A Botanic Garden staff member must be present.
