Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre is at 139 Oriental Parade. It features a heated indoor pool, spas, sauna, steam room, fitness centre and aerobics studio.

Open seven days a week from 6.00am - 9.00pm and on public holidays from 2.00pm - 9.00pm. Closed Christmas Day.

The pool is not available for public use on Fridays from 5.30pm - 8.30pm during the school term.
