The Wellington Film Festival is a longstanding highlight of the Wellington arts calendar, showcasing a wide selection of films across many genre. The festival also hosts international and local filmmakers, giving audiences a chance to learn what motivates and inspires those behind the camera.

View 200 works from iconic Kiwi artist Rita Angus at this free exhibition at Te Papa. Paintings displayed include Cass, Fay and Jane Birkinshaw, and Boats, Island Bay as well as studies for paintings that provide insight into the society that influenced her.
