Toi Pōneke Gallery exhibits work by solo artists, groups and curators, with priority given to Wellington-based artists.
The gallery supports emerging contemporary artists and curators, as well as more established artists. Community and recreational artists with high standards of technical ability and presentation are also considered.
The gallery hosts approximately 15 exhibitions throughout the year.
The deadline for exhibition proposals for the February to July 2010 period has closed.

Fiennale5 - 27 November
Fiennale is the graduation exhibition of WelTec's Bachelor of Visual Arts students. This collection of contemporary visual art covers cultural, social and historical themes through wall and floor installations, audiovisuals and photography. These emerging artists reveal varied styles in their pieces, which as diverse as their makers. |
