Terms and conditions

Read the following Wellington City Council terms and conditions for booking a birthday party at the ASB Sports Centre, and complete the following declaration.

  • No food or drink to be brought into the centre (except birthday cake).
  • All payments must be made within 7 days of booking. If your booking is made within this date, payment is due as soon as possible.
  • Any loss or damage to property will be charged.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on these premises except when purchased at the bar within appropriate times.
  • Cancellations must be in writing 7 days before the booking date. Where you've not given notice of cancellation, we will charge the full hire fee.
  • Wellington City Council reserve the right to cancel any bookings if the facility is required for maintenance, national or civic nature - if this happens all fees will be refunded.
  • Wellington City Council reserves the right to decline application for any booking.

In submitting this form, I confirm acceptance of all the Wellington City Council's terms and conditions for booking a birthday party. I am also aware that this enquiry does not book the party.
