Karori Recreation Centre - opposite Karori Mall - is a well-equipped, multi-purpose community recreation centre.
Facilities
- Multi-purpose sports hall - available for hire and suitable for basketball, netball, volleyball, and badminton.
- Squash court - available for public use. To book, phone the centre.
- Two community rooms - one with kitchen facilities, available for hire.
The centre offers many courses and activities that cater to a wide range of age groups, from preschoolers to seniors. Courses coincide with the school term. Full-care programmes are offered during the school holidays and the facility is a popular venue for children's birthday parties.
