Swim Memberships

Swim memberships are available for all Council pools, except Khandallah Pool.

Monthly memberships

Monthly swim memberships are paid by direct debit and have no long-term contracts except for a minimum joining period of two months. They can’t be suspended, but they can be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice. Other terms and conditions are detailed on the application form.

Yearly memberships

Yearly swim memberships require payment in full within 5 days of membership starting. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone - phone (04) 801 4403 or visit your facility. Your membership card will be available when payment is received in full. These memberships can be suspended once a year for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 3 months. There is a $100 cancellation fee if the membership is cancelled before the year is completed. Other specific conditions are detailed on the application form.
