Walks are free to Trust members, and cost $3 for visitors.

What do plants tell us about past and present climate and geology? This easy 90-minute walk starts at the Information Centre.
2pm, Sunday 24 August
Hear some of the intriguing stories behind New Zealand plant names on this easy 60-minute walk. It starts at the Information Centre.
6.30pm, Friday 11 July
Glow worms are alive and well in Otari. This 50-minute walk takes us down through the bush at night, past tree ferns, rimu, epiphytes, rata, crayfish - and glow worms. See them up close, complete with their midge-catching, sticky-thread nets. You'll need good shoes, warm clothing and a torch. You're guaranteed to see glow worms. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the Information Centre.
Cost: $4 (children $2)
Otari-Wilton's Bush open day and plant sale
9am - 3pm, Saturday 20 September
Get a head start on Spring Festival at Otari’s open day. There will be plants for sale, guided walks and food available. Mayor Celia Wade-Brown will open the new Cockayne Centre at 9.30am and the plant sale starts at 10am.
