The proposal is to erect a billboard-style sign on both the northern and southern elevations of the existing building known as Cumberland House. Each sign will be 8m wide and 15m high, and have an area of 120m². The signs will be large skins attached to an aluminium frame mounted directly onto the building façade and illuminated by halogen stem lighting mounted above and below the billboard frame.
Consent is sought to use the proposed billboards for promotion of the building owners and occupiers, and for third-party advertising. |
