Resolution to Exclude the Public
THAT the Strategy and Policy Committee pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, exclude the public from the following parts of the proceedings of this meeting namely:
Report 3 - Wellington Marine Education Centre Comprehensive Project Review
Grounds: S48(1)(a) That public conduct of this item will be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7.
Reason: S7(2)(b)(ii) To protect information where the making available of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or is the subject of the information
Report 4 - The Karori Wildlife Sanctuary Comprehensive Review of the Project
Grounds: S48(1)(a) That public conduct of this item will be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7.
Reason: S7(2)(b)(ii) To protect information where the making available of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or is the subject of the information
Report 9 - Khouri Ave Land Exchange Proposals
Grounds: S48(1)(a) That public conduct of this item will be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7.
Reason: S7(2)(h) The withholding of the information is necessary to allow any local authority holding the information to carry out, without prejudice or commercial disadvantage, commercial activities.
S7(2)(i) To enable any local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including commercial and industrial negotiations).
