Description of proposal

The proposal is to stop a 477 sq m area of unformed legal road land situated adjoining 121 Bing Lucas Drive, Tawa. If the proposal is successful this area of land would be sold to the owners of 121 Bing Lucas Drive, and amalgamated with that property.
