Capital Apiaries Limited (approximately 21m²) over three different sites:
- Kilmister Block, Crofton Downs
- Caribbean Avenue Reserve, Grenada Reserve
- Hilcroft / Woolaston / Horokiwi Reserve, Grenada North
If approved, the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 will apply.
Lease amendment for two existing groups on land held under the Reserves Act 1977

Pandy Limited, Begonia House, Wellington Botanic Gardens − an extra two rights of extension of 3 years each

Aquatic Café Limited, Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre − an extra right of extension of 3 years
If approved, the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 will apply.
