What happened to this consultation?

We asked for your feedback on these proposed changes to the Island Bay cycleway between Shorland Park and Wakefield Park:

creating approximately 3km of kerbside cycle lanes that continue through all intersections
creating cycle bypasses at nine bus stops

creating new pedestrian crossings at Humber and Mersey streets
keeping most right-turning lanes at busier intersections
installing new traffic lights at the Dee Street intersection
adding some additional parking on side streets.
