Keep our frontline library services and staffing levels at the same levels they were at 31 December 2010
Background information
The council is proposing to reduce the level of FRONT LINE library services and staff to pay for so called leaky home liabilities.
With th recession more and more people need to use the library services which they cannot do if frontline staff are reduced.
This is robbing the have-nots to fund the haves and is unacceptable.
