Fever Pitch Fan Hub

25 May–14 June, Wellington Civic Square

Join in the action! We’re setting up a full sized football pitch in Civic Square. Celebrities, Ambassadors and kids hit the Fever Pitch in a series of exciting matches. Visitors can try our inflatable goals, have their photo taken and face painted, while soaking up local and global sounds.

Celebrate Wellington’s rich culture, as we welcome our visiting teams by giving each their own themed national day. Six-time FIFA U-20 World Cup champions Argentina will be playing four matches in Wellington and will be heading to our regional stadium with Panama, Austria and Ghana. Enjoy an Argentine BBQ, Ghanaian dark chocolate, fresh bread from Panama and Vienna coffee when you visit the Fever Pitch.
